1. Position Overview: The Job Captain works independently with direction from the Project Manager Lead & Design Director, consistently exercising discretion and good judgment. The Job Captain will support a Project Team on delegated tasks, coordinate the Design Team, as well as create and coordinate a set of construction documents. The Job Captain will support the Project Manager in guiding the team to create complete design and construction documents. The Job Captain is responsible in-house for the CD package and coordinating the internal team. 2.
