KEATING is a boutique architecture design firm based in Los Angeles that is known for high-end projects. We are seeking a full-time, ambitious design architect to work on one or two of our unique and prestigious projects. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and abilities: 5-8 years of high-end design experience in Los Angeles; Type I construction experience preferred; Licensed architect is preferred; Bachelor or Master in Architecture; Proactive in meeting deadlines; Able to work with a large team of professionals and able to also work independently; Must be able to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with the rest of the team; Proven experience in detailing and construction documentation; Strong graphic and conceptual abilities; Experience with local building and zoning codes; Able to work effectively with clients and contractors; Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit ( Min. 1 year of proven experience) , Sketchup and Rhino, Adobe Suite Authorized to work in the U.S; Con...
