Kohn Architecture is looking for an experienced Architect/Draftsperson with 10 or more years of experience. Starting immediately. We are a small firm with a wide variety of small to medium size projects that are a mix of commercial, residential, restaurants, and Alt Type 1 changes of use. Website – www.kohnarchitecture.nyc We are looking for a someone who has experience in construction, putting together full CD sets, and who is knowledgeable of the NYC codes and zoning. Experience in filing DOB Now jobs is a plus. (If you have never worked in New York City or have not done a NYC code or zoning analysis, please don't apply for this position). It is possible that some of the work could be be done remotely. You must have your own AutoCAD software, be familiar with using Xrefs and be flexible to work with our office standards for assembling the CDs. Our office is located on Union Square in New York City.
