DUTIES: Perform as designer / team leader and lead teams of architectural designers on multiple tall building types and integration of tall building systems, including office, hotel, retail, and interior design, to produce design studies and high-quality presentation materials for client and government approvals; Lead teams to develop, along with the design principal, the design concept, site planning, exterior façade, interior design, material selection, landscape, and lighting concepts for several high-end, mixed-used projects; Apply knowledge of tall building fundamentals, develop and coordinate with specialist consultants including structural and MEP, curtain wall, and vertical transportation and strategies for the project; Understanding of materials and details for interior space; Research and decide on materials and products sourcing; Design and oversee furniture of complicated geometry from concept to fabrication; Work with lighting consultants, manufacturers and suppliers to...
