Land+Shelter is seeking qualified candidates with at least 8 years of experience to join the L+S team. Work from home or from our office in Carbondale, Colorado. We’re excited to add a new project manager to our team and we’re looking for someone to join us in our devotion to design. Project managers are an essential roll in our practice . We’re looking for someone able to communicate directly with production team, clients, and consultants. An L+S project manager moves back and forth between hand drawings and computer modeling/rendering and has the ability to consider and convey abstract ideas using images and drawings. We’re a small firm, and project managers must be well rounded to fit our needs well. Project management tasks include budgeting, scheduling, consultant management, team management, early sketching, design coordination and execution, code review and analysis, Revit modeling and renderings, presentation rendering in Lumion, precedent research, and code rese...
