Ideal applicants should have a bachelors or masters in architecture, 0-5 years of work experience, excellent communication skills, familiarity with CAD and 3D modeling software, and a passion to learn every aspect of the design process from initial programming through construction administration. Candidates should also enjoy collaborating with clients, contractors, and coworkers. Oh, and you'll also need to have a damn good sense of humor!
