As a drafter, you will work closely with the owner to create a full set of plans for construction. You will be responsible for multiple projects at a time. We will train you and help grow your skills and knowledge. We are looking to develop someone into the project manager position. Responsibilities and Duties • Assist in field measuring and creating “as built” plans • Develop working drawings from hand sketches created by designer • Develop detailing skills based on modern building techniques and input from designer • Coordinate plans with various engineering consultants • Expedite the plan check process with various city agencies • Research community development standards and building codes Qualifications • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit • Eager to learn • Hard worker, focused • Team player • Reliable transportation to and from work • Some professional drafting experience preferred, but not required • Full-time preferred ...
