Designer 1 is responsible for various creative and technical tasks through all phases of design; including concept design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and negotiation, and construction administration. Strong design, communication, and technical skills are required in order to work collaboratively with the project team. Successful team members uphold the MA Guiding Principals in all aspects of their work, including internal and external interactions and communications.Project Planning Understand the MA Project Road Map as well as project schedule and pertinent deadlinesParticipate in project development from concept through documentation.
