Busy architecture and expediting firm in downtown Manhattan that does our own projects, helps other architects with their projects, and navigates the government agencies required to complete a renovation in NYC. Assistant Project Manager Candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural concepts and be proficient and have at least 4 years of drafting experience in AutoCAD. Candidate must be able to adapt and learn quickly and work independently. Candidate should have some basic on-site field experience, and be able to measure existing conditions of potential projects. Candidate should have some working knowledge of the NYC Building Department - expediting experience a bonus. Candidate must have completed an undergrad level of an Architectural program.
