PLATT, a full-service Architecture, Construction, and Interior Design firm based in Brevard, NC, is seeking a creative, collaborative, and results-oriented Architectural Interior Designer with experience in residential design. In this position, you will be involved in all phases of the design process, from Schematics and Construction Documentation through Construction Administration. Responsibilities will include: Interior aspects of Construction Documents and Specifications, including: Casework, design, details, and specification Architectural lighting design and specification Interior trim design and details Schedules: room finish, casework, lighting, and finish carpentry Specify materials, finishes, and other selections Coordinate with internal and external designers, contractors, and other vendors Work with Project Managers/Architects to create a well-coordinated Interior to Architecture Collaborate with team members on projects, interfacing with clients as needed Ensure deliverables are...
