TAD is seeking a detail oriented business development manager to organize and manage our processes around client relations management, marketing material production and proposal creation. This employee will work directly with firm leadership and will be principally responsible for managing our client management system and the proposal creation process from within the confines of an established communications strategy.  This position will include, but is not limited to: Planning, writing, and managing the execution of proposals in concert with our project leaders ranging in size and complexity from single page letters to multi-volume bound submissions while maintaining our brand standards.
