Small but growing design and architecture firm in Belmont Heights is seeking experienced new member of the team. The studio is a small boutique firm with many opportunities for growth and development, very collaborative, must be a team player and also good at working independently to manage time and meet deadlines. IDPE candidates welcome. 25-30 hours a week to start and can easily grow to 40. Flexible with scheduling, and possibility to work from home. Ideal candidate will be very proficient in AutoCAD, understand layer management, xrefs, file standards, have a good understanding of the elements of a drawing set and putting together a set of construction documents. Skills in the Adobe Creative suite, sketchup, and excel are a definite bonus and can add to potential opportunities as we grow.
