Small but growing design and architecture firm in Belmont Heights is seeking experienced new member of the team. The studio is a small boutique firm with many opportunities for growth and development, very collaborative, must be a team player and also good at working independently to manage time and meet deadlines. IDPE candidates welcome. 25-30 hours a week to start and can easily grow to fulltime. Flexible with scheduling, and possibility to work from home. Ideal candidate will have an accredited B.Arch degree and 3-5 years experience, or the equivalent, with experience in commercial /TI projects and also residential project types, understand construction drawings permit submittals, and be able to perform code and agency research. We need a team member who is very proficient in AutoCAD, has skills in the Adobe Creative suite and Sketchup, is detail oriented, good at working independently and managing time and a great team player.
