PSA Studios seeking Project Architect, Project Designer in Germantown, NY, US

Job Description: PSA Studios is seeking a full-time intermediate-experienced architect or architectural designer, ideally with five to ten years experience or more, who is familiar with all phases of the design process. Candidates should be self-motivated and have strong organizational skills and technical abilities. The position will require drafting, 3D modeling, design, and project management mainly for residential projects. We are a Mac based office and use Vectorworks Architect for 2D drawings and 3D modeling.   Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare full drawing sets for bidding, permitting and construction. Prepare graphics, illustrations, digital presentations, reports, and other presentation materials, including renderings. Research NYS building codes, products, and materials for various projects.
