RAD Studio seeking Architect / Architectural Designer in Redding, CA, US

We are seeking a full time, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and experienced Design Architect or Architectural Designer. Architect / Designer must be very proficient with 3D modeling concepts, and drawing architectural plans in Revit, and have on-going recent experience in developing residential and commercial concepts through sketching, 3d modeling and rendering. This individual will be working in a boutique studio environment and will be part of a team working on various types of projects ranging from: contemporary custom homes, neighborhoods and accessory dwelling units, multi-family housing projects, small commercial tenant improvements, office spaces and schools. This individual must be able to develop 3D models, schematic design packages, and sets of construction documents using Revit and Enscape software. We would like to fill this position immediately.
