S9 Architecture is seeking a deft Senior Architect with 10+ years of professional experience. The Senior Technical Architect will work closely with the Design Principals and Senior Designers leading project to drive the development of project documentation and carrying the project through construction. The ideal candidate must meet the following responsibilities and qualifications: Responsibilities: Direct and organize work tasks to be performed in collaboration with Project Manager / Project Designer / Intermediate and Junior team members. Direct development of working drawing sets through all phases of design and oversee the work of the project team using Revit and/or AutoCAD. Review construction budget and steer development of documents to meet client budget goals.
