Overview: The Job Captain develops design skills and understanding by taking direction from and working with more senior staff. Building experience through drawing production and assistance with project management and coordination, the Junior Architectural Staff cultivates a stronger understanding of the firm’s design and business standards and values. Qualifications Professional degree in Architecture, 3 years’ experience, and working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit. Active pursuit of an architectural license in the State of California is desirable.
