Robert Hutchison Architecture is seeking a designer/architect with six to ten years of experience in residential and multi-family work. This person will work with our growing design team to design, develop, document, and manage projects from Pre-Design through Construction Administration. An ability to work both independently and collaboratively is paramount. Strong candidates will: Have experience working with City of Seattle permitting, especially on multi-family projects. Be skilled at researching and resolving technical issues, architectural detailing, and organizing construction documents. Be proficient in AutoCAD and Rhino. Revit experience a plus but not required. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and listening skills for working with project teams and clients. Communicate effectively verbally, graphically and in writing.
