About the Position Z Properties is seeking an experienced in-house architect to join our growing team in Winter Park, FL. This position will be responsible for the documentation of design and overall coordination of building systems from project inception through construction administration. The project architect will work closely with Z Properties’ principal and founder, Zane Williams, along with an integrated team of project managers and interior designers to develop plans and specifications for a variety of project types.
