Purpose: This position will work closely with Upper Management to oversee all projects and project teams, supervising Project Designers, Coordinators, Managers and staff. The ArchiCAD BIM Manager/ Project Manager will work in parallel on a variety of project types and sizes within the office, and during all project phases and areas including: code research + implementation, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction detailing, consultant integration and coordination, specification/ product research, interior design, importing, and construction.
