PROJECT ARCHITECT: Scherer Construction is seeking a Project Architect to join our team. We are a Design/Build firm in Gainesville Florida, with a well-established presence in the community (since 1984), and a good backlog of repeat clientele that appreciate the value of working with a cohesive team of designers and builders striving toward the same goals on a project. The ideal candidate will have the experience and capability to design and manage a variety of commercial projects with a wide range of scope through the entire project life cycle. You can expect to work on churches, banks, office buildings, restaurants, retail, and storage, from small renovations to large new construction, with budgets typically ranging from $1 to $5 million and occasionally $10 million or more.
