SHED is seeking a talented, motivated, and experienced architect/designer. This person will work closely with principals and teams to design and manage projects from Pre-Design through Contract Administration. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 3 years post-graduate professional experience. A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual and technical design ability. A portfolio that includes several examples of individual design work (academic or personal solo projects) and professional work - clearly indicating the applicant’s contribution. Fluent English speaker currently residing in the United States and willing to move to Seattle in the coming months Proficiency in BIM (Revit and/or ArchiCAD), SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite demonstrated by work examples STRONG APPLICANTS WILL: have experience playing a key role in all phases of residential design projects.
