SKOLNICK Architecture + Design Partnership is seeking to fill the position of Project Architect preferably in our Sag Harbor office, or potentially with flexibility to work in Sag Harbor and/or our NYC office. This position will require regular coordination with senior staff and management from our NYC office. Applicants must have a car and driver’s license and a minimum of 5 years professional experience working on high-end residential projects. Some experience with cultural facilities a plus. The individual must be highly motivated with excellent REVIT skills, design sophistication, and project coordination / on-site construction administration experience. Knowledge of varied building systems, construction technologies and detailing, including steel frame, concrete, wood frame including rough and finish work, interior and exterior architectural detailing, millwork, etc. The understanding and coordination of MEP and structural systems design are also critical skills.
