S8A is a newly established Design + Architecture office working on high end Residential, Hospitality, and Office projects based in Manhattan. We are seeking a designer with 100% NYC DOB Construction Documents experience and strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit + Adobe Suite. Candidates should have between 2-5 years of experience, Bachelor of Architecture degree at minimum, and have the following skills:  Experience in all phases of design/construction from Schematic Design through Construction Administration in high-end residential, hospitality and office. Currently lives in the New York City Area NYC residential architecture experience required Knowledge of NYC building codes, zoning and LPC General experience and strong familiarity with construction documentation and detailing of building core & shell as well as interior features and millwork.
