Design oriented architectural firm is seeking an energetic, flexible, project manager to help oversee high-end residential and commercial projects. Skills Required 3-8 years of experience in an architectural firm.  Experience creating construction documents.  Must be proficient with Autocad. Experience with Sketchup preferred but not required. Local to New York City. Ability to develop details is appreciated.  Responsibilities Survey and prepare existing conditions drawings. 3d computer models.  Develop pricing documents, construction documents.  Prepare Department of Buildings application paperwork.  Ability to switch gears and work on a variety of projects simultaneously.  Writing skills a plus. Ability to work remotely due to COVID.  This is a small firm where the applicant's contributions will be significant in every phase of the process from initial concept design through construction.    Please submit resume and samples of work.
