Senior Architectural Design Professional, with five plus years of experience, sought for growing firm in NYC with focus on health care and diverse client base. Candidate should have experience managing all phases of projects and be familiar with New York City, Life Safety and State codes. Candidate must exhibit strong management skills which will require creating and maintaining project schedules, meeting all required milestones, full coordination with consultants, guidance of junior staff in preparation of architectural documents and management of project during construction phase. Proficiency in AutoCad and Revit a must. Must be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. Candidate must be able to exhibit knowledge of project management process during consideration.
