Walker Workshop seeking Project Architect / Construction Manager in Los Angeles, CA, US
Are you an architect who still loves to get your hands dirty and actually build what you design? Walker Workshop, an award winning, Los Angeles based architecture firm, is looking for that special someone who can design in Revit, and step out onto the construction site and transition into the role of Construction Project Manager or Superintendent (depending on experience). You will work on a complete residential remodel of a historical Los Angeles home designed by one of the mid-century modern masters. For the first six months, you will work under the supervision of principal architect, Noah Walker, and our team of associates, to issue a permit set and a set of construction documents. After permitting, you will work with our Director of Construction on pre-construction tasks, and ultimately move into construction.
