Responsibilities Performing construction administration duties including RFI’s, RFP’s, change orders, etc. Conducting and documenting field observations to monitor construction progress Coordinating documents, overseeing quality control and detailing of projects Reviewing shop drawings and material samples for conformance with design Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience in affordable, mixed-use, and high-density residential architecture Minimum 2 years of experience in construction administration Professional degree in Architecture (Architectural registration preferred) Ability to successfully complete plan check and revisions process w...
