Design-oriented studio seeking an Architect / 3D Designer for immediate opening to join our team. Current projects include a mix of high-end residential projects in LA and surrounding areas. Looking for someone, who is comfortable working both collaboratively and independently. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about residential design and construction, with excellent 3d design, diagramming and presentation skills. You should also be comfortable working in a remote environment (for at least the next 6 months) and be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to take on a variety of roles within a small firm environment. You will be contributing to all phases of a project – design, documentation, permitting and construction administration. Applicants shall hold a degree from an accredited Architecture school and be proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, and the Adobe suite of applications.
