ZTC Architecture seeking Revit Detailer/Drafter (remote position)

Revit Detailer/Drafter Availability: Approximate at the low minimum end of hours: 15-20 hrs / week. Approximate at the upper end of house: 20-25 hrs / week. Software: Revit, current version (2022) Location: Remote worker. Familiarity with New York State Residential standards and ability to adapt to local Long Island Residential Code overlays. Description: We are seeking a highly experienced residential detailer. The ideal candidate must be familiar with residential detailing on the East Coast and take a Revit file from Design Development into Construction Drawings and must be able to draft details within Revit. Be able to apply knowledge of applicable codes in the development of drawings: New York State/New York State Residential & International Building Code within Long Island towns & villages.
