KIMOY Studios Architecture DPC is seeking a junior architect to join our growing design focused NYC practice. Responsibilities include: Working with the partners and other team members in all stages of projects from design, construction documents, approvals/permits, bidding, and construction. Communication between the firm, clients, consultants and the construction team. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program 1-3 years of experience in all phases of residential and small commercial work. NYC experience preferred. Experience in construction document preparation. Must be currently working and/or residing in New York City. Strong communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English essential. CAD and 3D skills. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits provided.
