We are exclusively representing an award winning, boutique residential design firm with an extensive client base in the entertainment industry. They are looking for their next great team leader to contribute and lead a variety of projects; custom residential, NYC apartments, estate homes, etc. Current projects on the boards are an estate in the Hamptons, luxury condo/apartments in NYC, secondary estates in the metro area amongst others. Office is currently working in person. Execute design direction as provided by Principal to produce all necessary architectural documents, shop drawings and construction drawing sets (to be sent to licensed architect for final approval)Preparation of presentations for regular clients meetings during design development through installation; also attend the meetingsBuild and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors and sub-contractors while ensuring quality of final product for clientCoordinate and attend regular site meetingsCommunicate with v...
