StreetLights Residential seeking Planning Designer in Dallas, TX, US

RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborates with Design, Development, Construction, and Finance team throughout deal pursuits.Works closely with Director of Planning to produce diagrams, plans, three dimensional models, and presentation imagery for target site developments. Assists in the development of site studies and due diligence activities of potential Streetlights Residential development opportunities. Creates project tabulations to test site densities in support of team members working toward overall return goals. Researches and analyzes zoning codes across sites and markets. Supports Pursuit team in preparation and presentation to community organizations and neighborhood groups when applicable for site Works in connection with Design team for project hand off to production teams and assures design integrity is maintained.
