OPPORTUNITY We are seeking an Assistant/ PM Construction Administrator to provide quality partnership for the SLR Design Build Team to satisfy the project goals with regards to the scheduled completion, quality and profitability thus ensuring a project that meets SLR expectations. The Assistant Construction Administrator will have multiple project responsibilities and will report to the Quality Project Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide administration support to the Quality Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities: - Administer the contract for construction including processing RFIs, Submittals, change orders, and supplemental instructions, verifying architectural and engineering plans, specifications and SLR program requirements. Revisions, As-Builts, Conformed Documents and Project Close-Out reports. Maintains well organized filing systems that permits timely retrieval of documents.
