Our client is an owner/operator with a large commercial portfolio in NYC. They are seeking a designer to join the team for at least 6 months to fill in for a team member on leave. This person will have at least 6 years of experience and will work directly with the Project Management and Leasing teams to create test fits and select furniture for potential tenants and to design turnkey spaces. Our client offers 6 WFH days a month, great work/life balance and the potential for this role to extend beyond the initial contract length. This is a great opportunity to gain client-side experience.
