James Wagman Architect, LLC is seeking an organized, talented and motivated architect with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in New York City to work as a full-time Project Manager. Candidates must be talented designers and experienced in navigating NYC Apartments and Townhouses, NYC Independent School Renovations, Rural Private Homes, Rural Mixed Use New Construction and Rural Historic Restorations in NYC and the greater Tri-state area. Note that most of our new construction and substantial rehabilitation work follows the Passive House and High Performance guidelines for energy efficiency.
